Before you subscribe
How do monthly and annual plans differ?
Both provide the same service. Annual plans are paid in one yearly payment. Switching billing periods during a subscription is not currently available.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel renewal in Membership & billing; access continues through the paid period. Email us within 7 days of each charge to request a full refund, subject to the service terms. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment.
What happens to my materials when membership ends?
Saving and reading remain free. Existing materials, highlights and discussions stay accessible. New membership AI requests pause when access expires.
Are there usage limits?
There is no extra charge per reply, but usage is not unconditionally unlimited. Automated bulk requests, account sharing or unusually frequent requests may be restricted, with reasons and recovery conditions explained. Active everyday learning is not treated as abuse.
